Refunds - If you are not satisfied with your order, please send the item(s) back to the Philips Arena Hawks Shop store within 30 days of receipt date. In the package, please include a note stating your desired action as well as the original copy of the receipt. Please make note of the tracking number from the package for your reference. If you were sent a damaged or defective item or if you were sent the wrong item due to our mistake, we can either replace it for you or issue a refund for any applicable shipping if appropriate. Shipping costs will not be returned unless there was product defect or error.
Please note: Personalized items cannot be returned for any reason except product defect.
Exchanges - If, for any reason, you would like to exchange a product you purchased through HawksShop.com for another product, please email prior to returning so we may confirm your replacement products are in stock. With all exchanges you will be responsible for the cost to return the original order.
