Returns / Exchange Policy
Refunds - If you are not satisfied with your order, please send the item(s) back to the Philips Arena Team Gear store within 30 days of receipt date. In the package, please include a note stating your desired action as well as the original copy of the receipt. Please make note of the tracking number from the package for your reference. If you were sent a damaged or defective item or if you were sent the wrong item due to our mistake, we can either replace it for you or issue a refund for any applicable shipping if appropriate. Shipping costs will not be returned unless there was product defect or error.
Please note: Personalized items cannot be returned for any reason except product defect.
Exchanges - If, for any reason, you would like to exchange a product you purchased through HawksShop.com for another product, please call or email prior to returning the product for shipping options. With all exchanges you will be charged for the cost to reship the item to you. A new receipt is provided for all exchanges.
